District Court, Ernakulam has issued a notification to fill 1 Driver vacancy at the Aluva Family Court, Ernakulam district, Kerala, on a contract basis. This opportunity is reserved for retired judicial department staff who worked in a Driver post or an equivalent/higher post before retirement. Applications must be submitted offline — there is no written exam or online form involved. Interested and eligible retired staff below 62 years of age should apply before the deadline.

Who Can Apply?

• Eligibility: You must be a retired employee of the judicial department who held the Driver post or an equal/higher post before retirement.
• Qualification: As prescribed under the Kerala PSC's special rules for the Driver post.
• Age: You must not have completed 62 years of age.

Age Limit

• You must not have completed 62 years of age at the time of appointment.
• If you turn 62 years old during the contract period, you will be relieved from service immediately.

Salary

• The selected candidate will get a consolidated salary of Rs. 20,280 per month, as per GO(P) No. 24/2026/Fin dated 18 February 2026.

Selection Process

Selection is based on scrutiny of applications and eligibility documents:
