Family Court, Banda Counsellor Recruitment 2026

The Principal Judge, Family Court, Banda has invited applications for 1 post of Counsellor, following instructions from the Allahabad High Court and a Uttar Pradesh Government Order dated 18 June 2015. Family Courts in India were set up to encourage conciliation and speedy settlement of matrimonial and family disputes, and the Counsellor plays a key role in helping parties resolve issues amicably before a case proceeds to formal litigation. Preference will be given to permanent residents of Banda district and to candidates holding a Master's Degree in Social Work with at least two years of family counselling experience.
