The Sabarimata Mahila Producer Company Limited, Loharsi was formed under the State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and works as a Farmer Producer Company (FPC). The company has released a notification to fill 1 Accountant (Lekhapal) post to manage its accounts, bookkeeping and financial records. This is a contractual post and preference is given to women candidates as well as self-help group members and their families.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a B.Com degree from a recognised university plus a 1-year diploma or degree in computers.
• Experience: You need at least 1 year of work experience in related accounting work.
• Language: You should be able to work in Hindi and English and know the local language.
• Computer Skills: You must be skilled in computer work and MS Office, with the ability to write reports and manage data.
• Own Vehicle: You should have your own two-wheeler for travel.
• Domicile: Native residents of Chhattisgarh get preference. Candidates from other states may be considered if no eligible Chhattisgarh candidate is found.
• Preference: If you or a family member is a self-help group member meeting the above criteria, you may get priority.

Age Limit

• You should be more than 21 years and less than 45 years old as on 01 January 2025.

Salary

• You will get a monthly honorarium of a maximum Rs. 8,000 to Rs. 10,000.
• The exact amount is decided by the Board of Directors with the agreement of the District Mission Management Unit (DMMU).

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on marks weightage and an interview:

1. Class 10 marks: 20% weightage
2. Class 12 marks: 20% weightage
3. B.Com marks: 30% weightage
4. Computer Diploma/Degree: 10% weightage
5. Interview: 10 marks
6. Experience: Minimum 10 marks (5 marks per year, with more marks for additional years of experience)
