• Additional General Manager (E7): BE / B.Tech in relevant discipline

• Senior Manager (E3): BE / B.Tech, CA, ICWA, MBA, or Company Secretary qualification
• Manager (E2): BE / B.Tech in Civil or LLB for Legal post

Experience Required

• Chief General Manager (E8): Minimum 25 years of relevant experience
• Additional General Manager (E7): Minimum 22 years of relevant experience

• Senior Manager (E3): Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Manager (E2): Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Deputy Manager (E1): Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Age Limit

• Chief General Manager: Up to 56 years
• Additional General Manager: Up to 55 years
• Joint General Manager: Up to 52 years
• Senior Manager: Up to 45 years
• Manager: Up to 40 years
• Deputy Manager: Up to 35 years

Age relaxation is available as per government rules for reserved category candidates.

Salary and Benefits

IPRCL follows the Industrial DA (IDA) pay pattern used by central PSUs. Your salary will be in the pay scale for your post level, plus:

• Dearness Allowance (DA)
• House Rent Allowance (HRA)
• Leave Travel Allowance (LTA)
• Medical benefits
• Perks and other allowances as per company rules

The salary ranges from Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 per month (Deputy Manager) up to Rs. 1,50,000 – 3,00,000 per month (Chief General Manager), depending on your post level.

Selection Process

There is no written exam for this recruitment. IPRCL will select candidates through two steps:

1. Screening of Applications: IPRCL will review your application and documents to check if you meet the eligibility criteria.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a face-to-face interview. Final selection depends on your performance in the interview.
