IPRCL follows the Industrial DA (IDA) pay pattern used by central PSUs. Your salary will be in the pay scale for your post level, plus:

Exam Pattern

There is no written exam for IPRCL Executive Recruitment 2026. The selection process has two stages:

  1. Stage 1 — Screening of Applications
    IPRCL will screen all received applications. They will check your qualifications, experience, and age. Only candidates who meet all the criteria will be shortlisted for the interview.
  2. Stage 2 — Personal Interview
