Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) is engaging a Project Consultant in its Department of Physics for QUEST, the Quantum Enhanced WRF Model for Urban Climate System Modelling project. The project is sponsored by the National Quantum Mission under the Department of Science and Technology and is led at IITR by Principal Investigator Prof. P. Arumugam. This is a senior, project-linked research engagement rather than a permanent institute appointment, with a clear emphasis on both technical delivery and coordination.

The consultant role combines project coordination and management with the development and testing of quantum algorithms.
