- Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years in research, development, or advanced engineering roles.
Research Scientist
- Qualification: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in relevant areas such as Organic Chemistry, Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Photonics, Optics, Applied Physics, or Electrical Engineering.
- Evidence: You need completed real-world project evidence, public or institutional proof of work, and credible referee letters.
- Specialisations: Organic Synthetic Chemist, Product Development Manager, Optical Laser Circuit Design Specialist, and Photonics Device Maker / Quantum Optical Systems Specialist.
Research Engineer
- Qualification: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, RF Engineering, Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Evidence: You need proof of completed device, FPGA, embedded, wireless, AI/LLM, or hardware integration projects.
- Specialisations: PCB Design and Microwave/Antenna Engineer, FPGA Systems and Instrumentation Engineer, Electronic Device Programming and Wireless Electromagnetics Engineer, and AI/LLM Hardware Integration Engineer.
Administrative and Support Roles
- Chief Executive Officer: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields, with 8 to 10 years in technology or innovation-driven organisations.
- Manager cum Accountant: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. CA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred, with 5 to 10 years experience.
- Assistant Project Manager: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Administration or office management certification is preferred, with 3 to 7 years experience.
- Project Office Assistant: Graduate degree such as B.Sc., B.A., B.Com., B.B.A., B.C.A., or equivalent, with 0 to 3 years experience.
Salary
- Visiting Professor / Engineer / Scientist: Rs. 1,50,000 to Rs. 2,00,000 per month
- Research Scientist: Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 1,70,000 per month
- Research Engineer: Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 1,70,000 per month
- Chief Executive Officer: Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 2,50,000 per month
- Manager cum Accountant: Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month
- Assistant Project Manager: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month
- Project Office Assistant: Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month
- Salary is consolidated and subject to TDS and other mandatory deductions where mentioned in the notice.
