Who Can Apply?

Educational Qualification

• Pay Levels 4, 5, 6 and 7: You need graduation from a recognised university or institution.
• Pay Level 8: You need post-graduation from a recognised university or institution.
• Desirable qualification: MBA or equivalent qualification from a reputed institution or university will help.
• Desirable experience: Experience in a reputed management education institute or business school is preferred.

Experience and Skills

• Associate: about 2 years relevant post-qualification experience.
• Senior Associate: about 4 years relevant post-qualification experience.
• Executive Associate: about 6 years relevant post-qualification experience.
• Senior Executive Associate: about 8 years relevant post-qualification experience.
• Assistant Manager: about 10 years relevant post-qualification experience.

A relevant 2-year post-graduate degree or diploma can reduce the experience requirement by up to 2 years for Pay Levels 4 to 7. The notice also asks for strength in MS Office, AI tools, data management, data analytics, coordination and documentation.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit is 30 years as on the closing date of application.

Salary

• Pay Level 4: Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100 per month
• Pay Level 5: Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300 per month
• Pay Level 6: Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 per month
• Pay Level 7: Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month
• Pay Level 8: Rs. 47,600 to Rs. 1,51,100 per month
• Allowances: DA, medical insurance, employer NPS contribution, medical allowance, telephone allowance, internet broadband allowance, annual increment and performance incentives may apply as per IIMV policies.

Selection Process

IIMV will fill these posts through shortlisting, possible subject test and interview.
