Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (IIM Udaipur) has opened applications for 1 Head - Admissions post. This is a leadership role where you build and run the entire admission process from the first enquiry all the way to a student joining the institute. You will lead the Admissions Office and work closely with Programme Chairpersons, the Dean - Programs, and other teams to attract new students across all the degree programmes IIM Udaipur offers.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Experience: You should have proven experience in designing and running admissions strategies, managing the full admission process end-to-end, and leading student recruitment, marketing campaigns, and outreach.
• You should also have experience coordinating with faculty and outside agencies, handling admission analytics, applicant databases, and CRM systems, and supervising and mentoring admissions teams.
• You must be able to ensure the admission process follows institutional policies and regulatory rules.
