Selection Process

IIA will select candidates through a written test and/or skill test. If many applications are received, IIA may shortlist candidates using higher qualification or other screening criteria before calling them for the test.

2. Written Test: The test may cover English, reasoning, computer proficiency, general awareness, numerical ability and office/account rules.
