The posts include Assistant Professor/Senior Consultant, Senior Resident/Consultant, Clinical Psychologist/Psychiatric Social Worker/Psychiatric Nurse, Project Co-ordinator and Data Entry Operator. All 5 posts are purely on a 6-month contract basis, extendable depending on your performance and the discretion of the competent authority. Who Can Apply?

Assistant Professor/Senior Consultant (Rs. 1,50,000/month):

• You need a postgraduate Psychiatry qualification (MD or equivalent) plus 3 years' experience in a recognized institution after your MD.
• Clinical/research experience in Telemedicine, experience with multidisciplinary research teams, and indexed scientific publications are desirable.

Senior Resident/Consultant (Rs. 1,00,000/month):

• You need a postgraduate Psychiatry qualification (MD or equivalent).

Clinical Psychologist/Psychiatric Social Worker/Psychiatric Nurse (Rs. 50,000/month):

• You need a First or Second Class M.Phil in Clinical Psychology, or M.Phil in Psychiatric Social Work, or MA/MSc in Psychology, or MA/MSW in Medical Psychiatric Social Work, or MSc in Psychiatric Nursing from a recognized institute. Nursing candidates must be registered with the Indian Nursing Council.

Project Co-ordinator (Rs. 40,000/month):

• You need a BE in Engineering, or a Diploma in Engineering with 2 years' experience in health-related technologies, or an MCA.
• Experience setting up IT infrastructure for healthcare institutions or working in public/telemedicine projects is desirable.

Data Entry Operator (Rs. 25,000/month):

• You need a Diploma in Computer Application.

Age Limit

• Upper age limit is 66 years for the Assistant Professor/Senior Consultant and Senior Resident/Consultant posts.
• Upper age limit is 59 years for the Clinical Psychologist/Psychiatric Social Worker/Psychiatric Nurse, Project Co-ordinator and Data Entry Operator posts.

Salary

• Assistant Professor/Senior Consultant: Rs. 1,50,000 per month (consolidated).
• Senior Resident/Consultant: Rs. 1,00,000 per month (consolidated).
• Clinical Psychologist/Psychiatric Social Worker/Psychiatric Nurse: Rs. 50,000 per month (consolidated).
• Project Co-ordinator: Rs. 40,000 per month (consolidated).
• Data Entry Operator: Rs. 25,000 per month (consolidated).
• No additional allowances are paid apart from the consolidated salary — contractual appointees are not entitled to the benefits available to IGIMS employees appointed on a regular basis.

Selection Process

Selection for the Assistant Professor/Senior Consultant and Senior Resident/Consultant posts (Sl. No. 1 & 2) will be through:

Selection for the Clinical Psychologist/Psychiatric Social Worker/Psychiatric Nurse, Project Co-ordinator and Data Entry Operator posts (Sl. No. 3, 4 & 5) will be through:

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or test, and fulfilling the eligibility criteria alone does not guarantee selection.

• Provide psychiatric consultation, diagnosis and treatment support through the Tele MANAS telehealth platform
• Conduct psychological assessment and counseling sessions for patients seeking mental health support
• Coordinate daily activities of the Tele MANAS project including scheduling, resource planning and reporting
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure used for the telemedicine programme
• Maintain accurate patient records and enter case data into the prescribed registers and software
• Support senior doctors during case review, follow-up calls and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Prepare periodic progress reports for the Department of Psychiatry and programme authorities
• Follow programme guidelines, confidentiality norms and government reporting requirements
