ICSIL Helper/MTS Recruitment 2026: Overview

Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL), a joint venture of TCIL and DSIIDC, is hiring Helper/MTS staff for deployment at the Delhi Consumers Cooperative Wholesale Stores Limited (DCCWS). You would join on a contractual outsourced basis, not as a regular DCCWS employee, and selection happens through a walk-in interview at the DCCWS office in Moti Nagar. If you have passed Class 10 and want steady work in Delhi, this is an entry-level opening worth checking.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract only: The engagement runs for a fixed period, until the contract expires, or until regular staff join. It gives you no claim to a regular appointment.
• No guaranteed deployment: Being shortlisted does not mean you will be deployed; the final choice rests with the department.
• Place and shifts: You can be posted anywhere in Delhi/NCR and may work in shifts or on rotation. ICSIL pays no extra conveyance.
• Security deduction: ICSIL keeps 15 days' salary as security, deducted half in your first month and half in the second. It is refunded with savings-bank interest once the client department issues a no-dues certificate and you complete your contract obligations.
• Identity details: Your name and details in the form must match your Class 10 certificate, PAN card and Aadhaar card; bring proof if you changed your name later.
• Travel: No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview or document check.
• Canvassing: Any attempt to influence the process through recommendations or intermediaries leads to immediate disqualification.

Application Submission Notes

Before the walk-in, register online on the ICSIL website and pay the One Time Registration (OTR) fee. Pay early: ICSIL is not responsible if a late payment has not updated by interview day, and only registered candidates who have paid are interviewed.
