Who Can Apply?

You must have qualified in the HSSC CET Phase-I examination (Advt. No. 01/2025 Group C) to be eligible. Additionally, Hindi or Sanskrit must be one of your subjects in Matric or Higher Education.

For MPHW Female (Cat. 1 & 2):

  • 10+2 in any stream from a recognized Board
  • ANM Training Course from a Government-recognized institution

For MPHW Male (Cat. 3):

  • 10+2 in any stream from a recognized Board
  • Multipurpose Health Worker Training (Regular Course) from a Government-recognized institution

For Staff Nurse / Nurse (Cat. 4, 5 & 6):

  • B.Sc (Hons) Nursing or B.Sc (Post Basic) Nursing or Diploma in General Nursing with Midwife Training
  • Registered with Haryana Nurses Registration Council

For Sister Tutor (Cat. 7):

  • B.Sc (Hons) Nursing or B.Sc (Post Basic) Nursing OR Diploma in Nursing Education and Administration

For Radiographer (Cat. 8 & 9):

  • 10+2 or equivalent with Science subject
  • B.Sc in Radiography and Imaging Technology or equivalent three-year diploma

For Forest Guard (Cat. 12):

  • 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized Board/University
  • Must meet minimum physical standards (height, chest, walking test)

For Junior Engineer Civil (Cat. 13-17):

  • Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution OR
  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university

For Junior Engineer Horticulture (Cat. 18-22):

  • B.Sc in Agriculture with experience (varies by department) OR
  • Matric/Higher Secondary with diploma in gardener's training and 6+ years of experience

For Legal Assistant (Cat. 25-27):

  • L.L.B. degree from a recognized university
  • Practice as Advocate or relevant experience (varies by department)

Age Limit

  • You should be between 18 and 42 years old.
  • SC/BC candidates of Haryana: 5 years relaxation in upper age limit
  • PwBD candidates: 10 years relaxation in upper age limit
  • Ex-Servicemen: As per Haryana Government instructions
  • Adhoc/Contract/Daily Wage workers of Haryana Government: Relaxation as per rules

Salary

  • FPL-3 (Forest Guard): Rs. 21,700 to Rs. 69,100 per month
  • FPL-4 (Technician, Plant Attendent): Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100 per month
  • FPL-6 (MPHW, JE, Radiographer, Dietician, Legal Assistant, etc.): Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400 per month
  • FPL-7 (Staff Nurse, Nurse): Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month
  • FPL-8 (Sister Tutor): Rs. 47,600 to Rs. 1,51,100 per month
  • You will also get Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other allowances as per Haryana Government rules.

Physical Standards (For Forest Guard Only)

For Male Candidates:

  • Height: 168 cms
  • Chest (Unexpanded): 79 cms
  • Chest (Expanded): 84 cms
  • Walking Test: 25 km completed within 4 hours

For Female Candidates:

  • Height: 155 cms
  • Walking Test: 14 km completed within 4 hours

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

  1. CET Phase-I Score (Already Completed): Only candidates who qualified in the CET Phase-I exam are eligible to apply for these posts.
  2. Skill and/or Written Examination (CET Phase-II): An offline (OMR-based) written exam with 100 MCQs for 100 marks. Duration is 1 hour 45 minutes. The paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi). There is negative marking of minus one mark for every unattempted question (where the 5th bubble is not filled). No negative marking for wrong answers.
  3. Physical Standard Test and Walking Test (For Forest Guard only): Candidates must meet the prescribed physical standards.
  4. Document Verification: Verification of all original certificates and documents.

Exam Pattern

The CET Phase-II written exam will have 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) for 100 marks. You will get 1 hour 45 minutes to complete it.

  • General Awareness, Reasoning, Mathematics, Science, History (including Haryana): 20% weightage
  • Computer Terminology and Fundamentals: 10% weightage
  • Subject-Related Syllabus (specific to the post group): 70% weightage
