The recruitment is for fixed term contract positions across Maharashtra under the Healthcare Services Division. Dialysis Posts

• Senior Dialysis Technician: Diploma, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Medical Dialysis Technology or Renal Dialysis Technology. Experience needed is 8 years for Diploma, 7 years for B.Sc, or 5 years for M.Sc.
• Dialysis Technician: Certificate, Diploma, B.Sc, or M.Sc in Medical Dialysis Technology or Renal Dialysis Technology. Experience needed is 7 years for Certificate, 4 years for Diploma, 3 years for B.Sc, or 2 years for M.Sc.
• QA Coordinator - Dialysis: M.Sc-DT, B.Sc-DT, or two-year MSBTE-approved Diploma DT with quality assurance experience in a dialysis centre.

Nursing, Lab, Accounts and IT Posts

• Staff Nurse: GNM or B.Sc Nursing. GNM holders need 3 years experience, while B.Sc Nursing holders need 1 year experience.
• Central Project Coordinator: M.Sc in Dialysis Technology or Renal Dialysis Technology, MBA Healthcare or Hospital Administration with B.Sc Medical Dialysis Technology, MPH with B.Sc dialysis background, B.Sc Medical/Renal Dialysis Technology, BE Biomedical Engineering, or B.Tech Biomedical Engineering with required experience.
• Lab Technician: M.Sc MLT, PGDMLT, B.Sc MLT, or DMLT with post-wise experience in a medium-size lab.
• Junior Lab Technician: M.Sc MLT, PGDMLT, B.Sc MLT, or DMLT with required lab experience.
• Account Assistant: B.Com or M.Com with at least 2 years experience.
• IT Officer: M.Sc Computer Science, MBA IT Systems, B.Sc Computer Science, BE/B.Tech Computer Science or IT, or MCA with relevant experience.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 37 years as on 01 June 2026.
• Age relaxation: SC, ST, OBC Non-Creamy Layer, and PwD candidates get relaxation as per Government of India rules.

Salary

• Highest basic pay range: Senior Dialysis Technician gets Rs. 14,000 to Rs. 32,500.
• Dialysis Technician: Rs. 11,500 to Rs. 23,000.
• Staff Nurse: Rs. 9,500 to Rs. 19,000.
• Central Project Coordinator and QA Coordinator - Dialysis: Rs. 13,000 to Rs. 30,000.
• Lab Technician: Rs. 11,500 to Rs. 23,000.
• Junior Lab Technician and Account Assistant: Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000.
• IT Officer: Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 29,500.
• Final pay: HLL says pay will depend on qualification, experience, and domain expertise.

Application Fee

Selection Process

HLL will conduct a walk-in selection at the venues listed in the notice. Most posts have a skill test followed by written test, while the notice states that IT Officer and Account Assistant will have a written test only.

1. Walk-in Reporting: Reach the scheduled venue between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
2. Document Check: HLL will check original documents and self-attested copies before allowing participation.
3. Skill Test: Senior Dialysis Technician, Dialysis Technician, Staff Nurse, Central Project Coordinator, QA Coordinator, Lab Technician, Junior Lab Technician, and Account Assistant are listed for skill test followed by written test.
4. Written Test: The written test has MCQs, lasts 30 minutes, carries 50 marks, and has no negative marking.
5. Final Decision: HLL may shortlist based on higher qualification, experience, or other criteria if many people attend.
