The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), under the Ministry of Labour & Employment, has released this notification for 37 Senior Resident posts at its Medical College and Hospital in Sector-24, Noida. The posts are spread across 21 departments including Anesthesia, Pediatrics, Medicine, Surgery, and several super-specialty units like Cardiology and Nephrology. There is no written exam — selection is done entirely through a walk-in interview, so doctors can join quickly without waiting for a long recruitment cycle. Freshly qualified PG doctors as well as those with super-specialty degrees are welcome to apply.

Category-wise split: UR - 7, EWS - 1, OBC - 16, SC - 9, ST - 4. Note: the number of vacancies in each department may increase or decrease on the day of the interview.

Who Can Apply?

For Pre-Para and Clinical Departments:

• You need a PG Degree or DNB (or an equivalent qualification) in the concerned specialty from a government-recognized university or institution.

For Super Specialty Departments (Cardiology, Nephrology, Neurology, Urology, Endocrinology & Metabolism, Medical Oncology):

• You need MCh/DM/DrNB/FNB in the concerned specialty from a government-recognized university or institution.
• If candidates with MCh/DM/DrNB/FNB are not available, candidates with a qualification from the parent broad specialty will also be considered.

Age Limit

• Your age should not exceed 45 years as on the date of interview (2 September 2026).
• Age Relaxation: Applicable to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/Ex-servicemen/PwBD candidates as per government rules.

Salary

• Selected Senior Residents will get a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,48,669 per month, as revised from time to time by ESIC Headquarters.
• Pay may be further revised as per future orders issued by ESIC Headquarters.

Application Fee

• All other categories: Rs. 500
• Payment mode: Demand Draft in favour of "ESI Fund A/c No. 1" payable at Noida.
• Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Selection Process (Walk-in Interview, No Written Exam)

1. Document Verification: Bring original documents and self-attested photocopies for checking at the venue.
2. Walk-in Interview: Selection is based purely on your performance in the interview on 2 September 2026.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Candidates reporting after 11:30 AM will not be allowed to appear.

• Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and day-to-day patient management
• Support senior doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies
• Maintain accurate patient records and case documentation
• Work in rotational shifts including night duty as per the hospital roster
• Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff for patient care
• Follow hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and ESIC norms for Senior Residents
• Guide junior residents and interns as required by the department
