Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is a statutory body under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. ESIC Model Hospital, Sector 9A, Gurugram, Haryana, has issued Advertisement No. 03/2026 to fill 14 Full-Time Contractual Specialist (FTCS) posts and 34 Senior Resident posts across many departments. This is a walk-in interview, not an online application — eligible doctors must report in person on 7 July 2026. The posts are contractual for 3 years, renewed each year based on performance.

Who Can Apply?

For Full-Time Contractual Specialist (FTCS)

• You must have a PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognised university. For ICU and Accident & Emergency, a postgraduate qualification in Critical Care is required.
• You need 3 years of experience in the specialty after a PG Degree, or 5 years after a PG Diploma, in a government or recognised private hospital (not a private clinic).
• You must be registered with the Medical Council of India or a State Medical Council.

For Senior Resident

• You must have a PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned specialty. If a PG doctor is not available, an MBBS doctor with 2 years of experience (1 year in the concerned specialty) may be considered for 1 year, but PG candidates get preference.
• You must be registered with the Medical Council of India or a State Medical Council.
• Doctors who have already completed 3 years as Senior Resident under the Central Residency Scheme are not eligible.

Age Limit

• Full-Time Contractual Specialist: not exceeding 69 years as on the date of interview.
• Senior Resident: not exceeding 45 years as on the date of interview.
• Age relaxation is allowed as per government rules.

Salary

• Full-Time Contractual Specialist: consolidated pay of Rs. 1,48,263 per month (on a No Work No Pay basis).
• Senior Resident: initial pay in Level-11 with Basic Pay of Rs. 67,700 plus other allowances as per the 7th CPC. A small deduction applies for candidates holding only a PG Diploma or no PG qualification.

Application Fee

• SC / ST / PwD / Women candidates / Ex-Servicemen: No fee
• All other categories: Rs. 300
• Pay by demand draft in favour of "ESIC Fund Account No. 2", payable at Gurugram. Submit a separate application and fee for each post.

Selection Process (Walk-in Interview)

1. Document Verification: Report at the venue with the duly filled bio-data form (Annexure-F), original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies.
2. Walk-in Interview: The selection board will interview eligible candidates on the spot. The board's decision is final.

No TA / DA is paid for attending the walk-in interview. Selected candidates must sign a contract and furnish a security deposit.

2. Prepare a demand draft of Rs. 300 (if applicable) in favour of "ESIC Fund Account No. 2".

4. Report between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on 7 July 2026 with all original documents and photocopies.

• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
