Engineering Projects (India) Limited (EPI) is a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India. EPI has released a notification to engage 1 Graduate Apprentice in the Civil discipline at its Western Regional Office, Mumbai or at any of its project sites. There is no interview — selection is done purely on the marks you scored in your engineering degree. This is a great first step for fresh Civil Engineering graduates who want hands-on training in a government infrastructure company.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks from an AICTE-approved institute or university.
• Fresh apprentices preferred: If you have already done apprenticeship training in any organisation, you are not eligible.
• No prior experience needed: This is a training programme meant for fresh graduates.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 30 years old as on the last date of application.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.

Salary

• You will get a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000 during the training.
• The stipend is paid as per the Apprentices Act 1961 rules.

Application Fee

• There is no application fee for any candidate.

Selection Process (No Interview)

Selection is simple and merit-based:

1. Merit List: A merit list is prepared based on the marks you scored in your qualifying BE/B.Tech degree.
2. No Written Exam and No Interview: There is no test or interview stage.
