The biggest openings are for Trained Graduate Teacher (Computer Science) with 675 posts and Special Educator (Primary) with 450 posts. Who Can Apply?

Qualifications vary by post. Here are the main groups:

Teaching Posts (Pay Level 6-7):

• TGT (Computer Science): BCA / graduation in Computer Science or BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), or graduation with an 'A' level course from DOEACC.
• Special Educator (Primary): 12th pass with a Diploma in Special Education, CTET (Primary) qualified and RCI registration.
• TGT (Special Education Teacher): Graduation with B.Ed (Special Education), CTET (Elementary) qualified and RCI registration.
• Domestic Science Teacher: Bachelor's in Domestic/Home Science with B.Ed.

Forensic and Technical Posts (Pay Level 4-6):

• Junior Scientific Assistant: A Master's degree in the relevant science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, etc.) or B.E./B.Tech in the related field, depending on the discipline.
• I.T. Assistant Grade-A: 12th pass with a data-entry speed of 8000 key depressions per hour (about 26.67 WPM).

NDMC Technical Posts (Pay Level 2):

• Fitter / Lift Operator / A/C Mechanic / Sub Station Apprentice: Matric/10th pass with the relevant ITI trade certificate.

Age Limit

• The age limit depends on the post — generally between 18 and 30 years, with technical NDMC posts allowing up to 32 years, as on 15 July 2026.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC 3 years, PwBD 10 years (15 years for SC/ST PwBD and 13 years for OBC PwBD), plus relaxation for Ex-Servicemen and departmental candidates.

Salary

• Teaching posts (TGT / Special Educator): Pay Level 6-7 — Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,42,400 per month.
• Junior Scientific Assistant: Pay Level 5 — Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300 per month.
• I.T. Assistant Grade-A: Pay Level 4 — Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100 per month.
• NDMC technical posts: Pay Level 2 — Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200 per month.
• You will also get DA, HRA, TA and other allowances as per Delhi Government rules.

Application Fee

• General / OBC / EWS (male): Rs. 100.
• Women, SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen: No fee.
• Payment mode: online through SBI e-Pay. The fee is non-refundable.

Selection Process

The selection is done through a One-Tier Computer Based Test (CBT):

1. Written Exam (CBT): 200 objective questions (MCQ) for 200 marks in 2 hours. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
2. Skill Test / Physical Endurance Test / Typing Test / Trade Test: Held for specific posts as per requirement.
3. Document Verification (e-dossier): Your documents are checked online before final selection.

The minimum qualifying marks are 40% for General/EWS, 35% for OBC (Delhi) and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD.

4. Upload your recent photo and signature.
