The Delhi State AYUSH Society (DSAS), under the Directorate of AYUSH, Government of NCT of Delhi, has released Advertisement No. 01/2026 for 166 technical and managerial posts under the National AYUSH Mission. All positions are purely on a contractual basis with a 3-month probation period from the date of first engagement. Selection is through document verification and interview only — there is no written exam. Some pharmacist and medical officer posts are hired against regular sanctioned vacancies.

Who Can Apply?

Program Manager (Rs. 65,000/month)

• Graduation + MBA in Healthcare / HR / Health Administration or 2-year PG Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of public health experience.
• Age limit: up to 60 years.

Consultant NAM (Rs. 55,000/month)

• BAMS / BUMS / BHMS degree.
• Minimum 3 years of public health experience.
• Age limit: up to 60 years.

Medical Officer Ayurveda / Unani / Homoeopathy (Rs. 40,000/month)

• Bachelor's degree (BAMS / BUMS / BHMS) from a recognized university for the respective stream.
• Enrolment in the Delhi State Register of Ayurveda / Unani / Homoeopathy.
• Age limit: not exceeding 35 years (relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD as per Government of India rules).

Yoga Instructor (Rs. 28,000/month)

• Degree in Yoga with minimum 55% marks from a UGC-recognized university, OR
• Any Graduate + 1-year Diploma in Yoga Education/Studies/Science with 55% marks.
• Level III of Yoga Professional Competence Exam of Yoga Certification Board.
• Practical experience in Yoga at a reputed institute for at least 1 year.
• Demonstration skills in yogic practices (skill test may be conducted).
• Age limit: not exceeding 30 years (relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD).

Pharmacist Ayurveda / Unani / Homoeopathy (Rs. 20,000/month)

• Intermediate (12th pass).
• Diploma in Ayurveda / Unani / Homoeopathy / AYUSH of at least 2 years from a Government organisation or recognised institution for the respective stream.
• Age limit: not exceeding 27 years (relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD).

Common preferences: Experience in the Health / AYUSH sector and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Mandatory registration: BAMS / BUMS / BHMS doctors must be registered with Delhi Bhartiya Chikitsa Parishad / Board of Homoeopathic System Delhi.

Age Limit

• Program Manager: Up to 60 years
• Consultant NAM: Up to 60 years
• Medical Officer: Not exceeding 35 years
• Yoga Instructor: Not exceeding 30 years
• Pharmacist: Not exceeding 27 years
• Cut-off date for age, qualification and experience: 25 May 2026
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per Government of India guidelines
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS certificates must be issued by appropriate authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi

Salary

• Program Manager: Rs. 65,000 per month (consolidated)
• Consultant NAM: Rs. 55,000 per month (consolidated)
• Medical Officer: Rs. 40,000 per month (Rs. 25,000 fixed + Rs. 15,000 Performance Linked Payment)
• Yoga Instructor: Rs. 28,000 per month (Rs. 20,000 fixed + Rs. 8,000 Performance Linked Payment)
• Pharmacist: Rs. 20,000 per month (Rs. 15,000 fixed + Rs. 5,000 Performance Linked Payment)
• All positions are on a consolidated remuneration basis with no additional allowances.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on:

1. Document Verification: Verification of all original documents — DOB, 10th, 12th, essential qualifications, experience certificates, caste/PwD/EWS certificates (if applicable) and online registration acknowledgement slip.
2. Interview: Conducted after document verification. Skill test (yogic practices demonstration) may be conducted for Yoga Instructor candidates.

Only registered candidates will be allowed to appear in the interview. No separate call letter will be issued. The schedule will be uploaded on ayush.delhi.gov.in. No TA/DA will be paid.

• Deliver clinical, managerial or technical services under the National AYUSH Mission as per the assigned role
• Provide AYUSH (Ayurveda/Unani/Homoeopathy) consultations and treatment to patients at designated dispensaries
• Conduct yoga sessions and wellness activities for patients and the community (Yoga Instructor)
• Dispense AYUSH medicines and maintain stock registers as per pharmacy guidelines (Pharmacist)
• Coordinate National AYUSH Mission programs, monitor field activities and prepare reports (Program Manager / Consultant NAM)
• Maintain accurate records of patient consultations, treatments and supplies
• Participate in AYUSH outreach camps, awareness drives and training programs
• Follow DoPT guidelines and AYUSH protocols issued by the Delhi State AYUSH Society
