The Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu (UT), through the Directorate of Medical & Health Services, AYUSH Section, has released a notification for 17 posts across 10 categories for the upcoming 100-bedded Ayurvedic Hospital at Pati under the National AYUSH Mission. Selection is based on interview only — no written exam. Applications are invited from eligible candidates across India.

Who Can Apply?

Senior Medical Officer (2 posts):

• BAMS + MD/MS in Panchakarma / Prasuti Tantra & Stree Roga / Shalya Tantra / Kayachikitsa / Kaumarbhritya / Shalakya Tantra from a recognised university
• Enrolment on Central or State Register of Indian System of Medicine
• Experience: Essential 5 years; Desirable 10 years clinical and/or teaching experience

Medical Officer (3 posts):

• BAMS degree from a recognised university with Central/State Register enrolment
• Experience: 3 years clinical and/or teaching experience
• Desirable: MD/MS in Ayurveda

Nursing Staff (3 posts):

• B.Sc Nursing or Nursing (Ayurveda), OR B.Sc Post-certificate / B.Sc Nursing Post-basic (2-year course)
• Registration as Nurse and Midwife with the relevant State Nurses and Midwives Council

Pharmacist (2 posts):

• Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy, OR B.Pharma / B.Pharma (Ay.)

X-Ray Technician (1 post):

• HSC (Science) or equivalent + Successful completion of X-Ray Technician/Radiographer course
• Experience: 1 year in the field

Accounts Officer (1 post):

• MBA-Finance / M.Com / ICWA (Inter) / CA (Inter) from a recognised university
• Knowledge of Tally, MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in government/private organisation. Preference for health sector / AYUSH experience

Accountant (1 post):

• B.Com from any recognised board + Certificate in Tally Accounting Software
• MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel essential. Typing speed of 35 WPM in English
• Experience: Minimum 2 years

Laboratory Technician (2 posts):

• B.Sc MLT or DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology)

Dietician / Nutritionist (1 post):

• Master's Degree in Home Science / Home Economics with specialisation in Food and Nutrition, OR
• B.Sc (Home Science / Home Economics) with Nutrition as special subject + PG Diploma in Dietetics + 1 year practical experience

Senior Admin Manager (1 post):

• Graduation in any discipline including AYUSH + MBA in Healthcare Management / Human Resource / Masters in Health/Hospital Administration / PG Diploma in Hospital & Healthcare Management (2 years) / PG degree in Ayurveda
• Experience: 5 years in public health programmes / clinical / teaching

Age Limit

• Senior Medical Officer: Not exceeding 60 years (65 years for retired government employees)
• Medical Officer: Not exceeding 50 years (65 years for retired government employees)
• Nursing Staff / Pharmacist / X-Ray Technician / Accountant / Lab Technician / Dietician: Not exceeding 35 years
• Accounts Officer: Not exceeding 45 years
• Senior Admin Manager: Not exceeding 60 years (62 years for retired government employees)

Salary

• Senior Medical Officer: Rs. 1,06,966 per month
• Medical Officer (Post-graduate): Rs. 60,000 per month
• Medical Officer (Under-graduate): Rs. 40,000 per month
• Nursing Staff / Pharmacist: Rs. 25,000 per month
• Accountant: Rs. 25,000 per month
• X-Ray Technician: Rs. 20,500 per month
• Accounts Officer: Rs. 40,000 per month
• Laboratory Technician: Rs. 17,000 per month
• Dietician / Nutritionist: Rs. 25,468 per month
• Senior Admin Manager: Rs. 75,000 per month

Selection Process

Selection is purely on the basis of interview:

1. Application Scrutiny: Applications are screened against the eligibility criteria. Applications that do not match the prescribed format will be summarily rejected.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be informed at least 7 days in advance about the date, time and venue of the interview through email and telephone.
3. No written test is conducted. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.

• Provide AYUSH (Ayurvedic) clinical services to patients at the 100-bedded hospital in Pati, DNH
• Handle nursing, pharmacy, lab testing and radiology duties as per assigned post
• Maintain proper patient records, medicine stock, lab reports and financial records
• Support hospital operations including administration, accounts and dietary services
• Follow National AYUSH Mission guidelines and Ministry of AYUSH protocols
• Coordinate with senior officers for daily reporting and patient care
• Work in shifts (including emergency duty) as per the hospital roster
