Important: This is a voluntary position, NOT a regular government job. Para Legal Volunteers get an honorarium of Rs. 750 per day only on days when work is assigned. There is no fixed monthly salary or other benefits.

About This Recruitment

District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Samastipur has released a notification for 125 Para Legal Volunteer (PLV) posts under the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) scheme. PLVs help common people get access to free legal aid and services at the district and taluk level.

• Rosera - 25 posts
• Dalsingsarai - 25 posts
• Patori - 25 posts

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have passed 10th class (Matriculation) from a recognised board.
• Age Limit: No age limit mentioned in the notification.
• Residence: You must be a resident of Samastipur district, Bihar.
• Preferred Candidates: Teachers, retired government servants, Anganwadi workers, doctors, students, NGO members, and Self Help Group (SHG) members are preferred.
• Who Cannot Apply: Advocates and lawyers cannot apply for this post.
• Other Conditions: You should not have any pending criminal or civil court cases.

Honorarium (Not Salary)

Selected PLVs will get Rs. 750 per day as honorarium. This is paid only for the days when work is assigned to you. There is no fixed monthly salary, no allowances, and no other government job benefits.

There is no written exam for this post. The selected panel will be valid for 1 year.
