BRIC-THSTI is hiring for 6 project research posts through rolling recruitment notice THS/RN/01/2026/06-I. If you have a Life Sciences degree, M.Tech, B.E./B.Tech or PhD with the required research experience, you can attend the walk-in process. BRIC-THSTI Project Research Recruitment 2026 - 6 Posts

BRIC-Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (BRIC-THSTI) has notified short-term project positions in placenta health, vaccine development and neonatal sepsis research. These posts are located at THSTI, Faridabad and are linked to project tenure. Who Can Apply?

Senior Project Associate - Placenta Health Project

• Qualification: M.Sc., M.Tech, B.E. or B.Tech in any branch of Life Sciences with 4 years post-qualification research experience, or a PhD in Life Sciences.
• Skills: Molecular and cell biology, PCR, cloning, protein purification, ELISA, immunoblotting and human cell culture experience are expected.

Research Associate-III

• Qualification: PhD in any branch of Life Sciences with 3 years post-qualification research lab experience.
• Publication: You must have at least one SCI journal research paper.
• Skills: Clinical sample handling, mass spectrometry data, online database tools, pathway analysis, statistics and machine learning are relevant.

Project Associate

• Qualification: B.E., B.Tech or Master's degree in any branch of Life Sciences from a recognised university.
• Skills: Downstream processing, protein purification, chromatography, GMP documentation and Tangential Flow Filtration are useful.

Senior Project Associate and Project Associate-II - Neo-Sepsis Projects

• Senior Project Associate: Master's degree in Life Sciences with 4 years post-qualification experience in Microbiology.
• Project Associate-II: Master's degree in Life Sciences with 2 years post-qualification research experience in Microbiology.
• Skills: Bioinformatics, 16S metagenomics, transcriptomics, whole-genome sequencing, multi-omics, microbial culture and sample processing are mentioned.

Age Limit

• Senior Project Associate: up to 40 years
• Research Associate-III: up to 45 years
• Project Associate and Project Associate-II: up to 35 years
• Age reference date: the walk-in interview date for the respective post is the crucial date.
• Relaxation: SC/ST get 5 years, OBC get 3 years, PwBD get 10 to 15 years by category, Central Government servants get up to 5 years, and Ex-servicemen get relaxation as per rules.

Salary

• Research Associate-III: Rs. 67,000 per month plus HRA
• Senior Project Associate: Rs. 42,000 per month plus HRA
• Project Associate: Rs. 37,000 per month consolidated
• Project Associate-II: Rs. 35,000 plus HRA for NET/GATE or national-level selected scholars; Rs. 28,000 plus HRA for others.

Selection Process

Selection will be through a written test, skill test or interview at THSTI, depending on the number of candidates and post requirement. If many people appear, THSTI may screen candidates using higher or more relevant qualification and experience. Final communication and results will be published through the THSTI website or official email.

1. Reporting at Venue: Reach THSTI at 9:00 AM on the walk-in date for your post.
2. Document Verification: Carry your latest CV, one photocopy set, originals and valid ID card.
3. Written Test or Skill Test: THSTI may conduct this stage for shortlisting or technical assessment.
4. Interview: Shortlisted candidates appear before the selection panel.

These are short-term project positions, and extension depends on project tenure and performance. Appointment to these posts does not give any claim for regular employment at THSTI. The experience counted for eligibility must be gained after the minimum educational qualification for that post.
