BEL Management Industrial Trainee Recruitment 2026: Overview

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna defence PSU under the Ministry of Defence, is holding a walk-in interview for Management Industrial Trainees (Finance) at its Ghaziabad unit for the 2026-27 batch. This is a stipend-based training engagement, not a permanent post, and it suits CA Inter or ICWA (CMA) Inter pass candidates who want hands-on finance experience inside a large public sector company.

There is no written test — selection rests entirely on how you perform in the interview. A notable rule: if you have already gone on to a higher qualification, or are pursuing one, you cannot apply, so this is aimed squarely at fresh Inter-level candidates.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Tenure: Training starts for one year. BEL may extend it by two more years after reviewing your performance, up to a maximum of three years in total.
• Stipend grows each year: The monthly stipend rises in the second and third years if you are extended.
• No higher qualifications: Candidates who have acquired or are pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.
• Original certificate needed: You must show the original CA Inter or ICWA Inter pass certificate at verification; without it you are not eligible.
• Facilities: A canteen is available on payment, but BEL gives no transport and no hostel.
• No TA/DA: You get no travel allowance for attending the interview.
• Reservation: Statutory reservation follows Government of India norms.
• Results: Selected candidates are told by e-mail, and the final list goes up on the BEL website.

Application Submission Notes

There is no online form. Walk in to the Human Resource Development Department, Bharat Electronics Limited, Site-IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh – 201010 (opposite Vaishali Metro Station). Reporting starts at 9:00 AM and entry closes sharp at 9:30 AM, so reach early.

Carry the filled application form (Annexure-1) from the notification with a recent signed colour photograph, plus one set of photocopies of your documents. If you work in a government office or PSU, bring a No Objection Certificate.
