Central Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Limited (APCPDCL) has released notification for 60 Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) posts as part of the larger AP Power Utilities drive. This recruitment is done through the common AP Vidyut recruitment portal shared by APTRANSCO, APGENCO, APCPDCL, APSPDCL and APEPDCL. There is no interview — selection is purely on a Computer Based Test (CBT). Fresh engineering graduates can apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a B.E. / B.Tech / A.M.I.E. in the relevant branch from a recognised institution.
• For AEE (Electrical): Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
• For AEE (Civil): Civil Engineering.
• For AEE (Telecom): Electronics & Communication / Telecom Engineering.

Age Limit

• You should be between 18 and 42 years old as on 01 July 2026.
• Age Relaxation: SC / ST / BC / EWS candidates can apply up to 47 years.
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): can apply up to 52 years.

Salary

• During the 2-year probation, you will get a consolidated pay of Rs. 75,000 per month.
• After confirmation, you move to the regular RPS-2022 pay scale starting at Rs. 86,245 and going up to Rs. 2,08,915.
• You will also get DA and other allowances as per APCPDCL rules.

Selection Process (No Interview)

1. Computer Based Test (CBT): A single online written exam in English medium. Your rank in this test decides your selection.
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates verify their certificates.

There is no interview stage. The CBT is held at centres across Andhra Pradesh and in a few other cities including Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai.
