Who Can Apply?

For Business Manager (Rs. 1,25,000/month):

• M.Tech/MBA/CA/PGDM or equivalent Master's degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Agri Marketing, Agri Economics, Economics, International Business or Technology Commercialization from a recognized institute
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in technology commercialization, investment banking, project appraisal, incubator support, or startup ecosystem work

For Assistant Manager (Rs. 75,000/month):

• Same educational qualification as Business Manager, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar areas

For Business Executive (Rs. 50,000/month):

• MBA/MCA/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.A or equivalent Master's degree from a recognized university
• Good verbal and written communication skills with strong computer literacy (MS Office, Internet)

For Office Assistant (Rs. 30,000/month):

• Graduation in any stream, preferably B.Com/BBA
• Working knowledge of accounts and computers, including MS Office

Age Limit

• The upper age limit for the Business Manager and Assistant Manager posts is 50 years.
• No separate age limit is mentioned in the notification for the Business Executive and Office Assistant posts.

Salary

• Business Manager: Rs. 1,25,000 per month (consolidated)
• Assistant Manager: Rs. 75,000 per month (consolidated)

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection happens through a walk-in interview only:
