The Department of Psychiatry, AIIMS New Delhi has released a notification for 1 Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) post under an ICMR-funded project (Project Code I-1893). The project is titled "Development and Validation of an Artificial Intelligence Avatar (AI-Avatar) as co-therapist in managing patients with Depressive Disorder - A Multicentric Randomized Controlled Trial". This is a research post where you will work on using artificial intelligence to support the treatment of depression. Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a Post-Graduate degree in Psychology. Integrated PG degrees in Psychology are also accepted.
• Subject: This is a non-medical research post, so your qualification should be in Psychology (not a medical or MBBS degree).
• Nature of work: The post suits candidates comfortable with psychological assessment, clinical research, and working as part of a multicentric study team.

Age Limit

• The maximum age limit is 35 years as per the project notification.

Salary

• You will get a fixed monthly salary of Rs. 72,800. This is made up of a basic amount of Rs. 56,000 plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) at 30%, as per ICMR guidelines.
• The pay is a consolidated project salary and does not change with the level of the parent pay commission.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

There is no written exam for this post. Selection is based on your application and an interview:
