AIIMS Delhi Early Stage Researcher Recruitment 2026: Overview

All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi is hiring an Early Stage Researcher for a research project in the Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology at the Centre for Dental Education and Research (CDER). The project, coded T-331, is building a point-of-care, Artificial Intelligence-based screening tool for oral cancer, and it is funded by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

This AIIMS opening is meant for engineers and data scientists, not doctors. If you have a background in computer science, AI, machine learning or data science and you have already trained deep learning models, you would bring that skill to a clinical problem where early detection matters. It is a project-based contractual post, not a regular AIIMS job.
