• Junior Hospital Manager (JHM): a hospital administration role for holders of a postgraduate degree or diploma in hospital or health management/administration with hands-on experience in a public hospital or a private hospital of at least 50 beds.
• Data Assistant-cum-Accountant (Urban Health): an accounts and data role in the urban health wing for commerce graduates who also hold a recognised computer course certificate; no prior experience is asked for.

Service Conditions and Caveats

• Contract term: Each term is 11 months; renewal depends on your performance and on the programme continuing.
• Health Department staff: If you already work in the Health Department, regular or contractual, you must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your appointing authority. The NOC must name the post you are applying for and be issued after this advertisement.
• Past disengagement: Anyone earlier disengaged by the OSH&FW Society on administrative grounds, such as poor performance or misconduct, cannot apply.
• Weightage for Society staff: Existing OSH&FW Society employees with at least three terms and Outstanding or Very Good PAR remarks can earn grace marks of 1% of total marks per completed term, capped at 10%.
• Grade conversion: If your marks are in CGPA, OGPA, DGPA or CPI, attach a percentage conversion certificate; applications without it are rejected.
• Waiting panel: Candidates scoring 50% or more in the final merit panel stay on a panel for one year to fill future vacancies.
• Provisional numbers: The number of posts can go up or down depending on actual vacancies at the time of engagement.
