AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS), a 100% subsidiary of the Airports Authority of India, has released Advertisement No. 02 of 2026 for 62 Assistant (Security) posts. The engagement is on a PAN India basis for 3 years, with possible extension based on performance. The work involves baggage handling at conveyor belts and x-ray machines — only candidates willing to perform such physical duty should apply.

Note: The place of posting can be changed to any other location within India due to operational or administrative requirements at AAICLAS Management's discretion. Candidates not willing to serve on All India Basis should not apply.

Who Can Apply?

• Essential Qualification: 12th from any recognized Board/University/Institution with minimum 60% marks for General and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.
• Language: You must be able to read and speak English, Hindi, and/or be conversant with the local language of the posting location.
• Nationality: You must be a citizen of India.
• Physical Ability: Work involves lifting of baggage from conveyor belt and x-ray machines. Candidates not willing to perform such work should not apply.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 27 years as on 1 June 2026.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 5 years for Ex-Servicemen.
• All relaxations are subject to submission of valid certificates issued by the appropriate government authority.

Salary

• First Year: Rs. 21,500 per month (fixed, inclusive of all)
• Second Year: Rs. 22,000 per month (fixed)
• Third Year: Rs. 22,500 per month (fixed)
• Leaves: 18 Privilege Leave + 12 Half Pay Leave + 9 Casual Leave + 2 Restricted Holidays per year
• Medical Insurance: Up to Rs. 10,000 per annum reimbursement for self and dependent family members
• TA/DA: Equivalent to actual fare by Ordinary Public Bus or Sleeper Class train fare when on tour
• Gratuity payable as per the Gratuity Act, if applicable

Application Fee

• General and OBC: Rs. 500
• SC, ST, EWS and Women candidates: Rs. 100
• Payment mode: Online through net banking, credit card, debit card, UPI or wallet
• Bank charges and other taxes are extra. Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Selection Process

The selection will be done in the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates with higher percentage of marks at Graduation level will be called first for online interaction, in phase manner, subject to availability of vacancies at the particular station.
2. Online Interaction (Interview): Date, time and mode will be communicated through email on the registered Email ID. The merit list will be prepared based on marks secured in this interaction.
3. Document Verification: Original certificates including matriculation, intermediate, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Police Clearance Certificate and Category Certificate (if applicable) must be produced at the time of joining.

One year of the contract will be treated as the probation period.

• Assist in operational works at the assigned airport
• Handle passenger baggage including loading and unloading at conveyor belts and x-ray machines
• Support security checks of baggage moving through the cargo terminal
• Carry out multi-tasking operational work activities assigned by the supervisor
• Follow AAICLAS security protocols and aviation safety guidelines
• Maintain duty registers and report incidents to senior security officers
• Work in shifts including night duty as per airport operational requirements
• Coordinate with airport staff and CISF for smooth cargo handling
