Who Can Apply?

Guidance, Navigation and Control

• Qualification: First Class B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Aerospace, Robotics or Control System Engineering from an AICTE-approved college/institution or recognised university.
• Technical Skills: You should understand classical and modern control theory, guidance algorithms, navigation filters, control system design, rigid-body dynamics, flight dynamics, coordinate frames and transformations.
• Software Skills: Experience in MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++ and MIL/SIL/PIL/HIL simulation is relevant.

Aerodynamics and Structure

• Qualification: First Class B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Aerospace, Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or Aerodynamics from an AICTE-approved college/institution or recognised university.
• Technical Skills: You should understand compressible and incompressible flow, boundary-layer theory, viscous and inviscid aerodynamics, airfoil and wing theory, aerodynamic loads and pressure distribution analysis.
• Software Skills: Hands-on experience with ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS Workbench, CFD and MATLAB is useful for this role.

Experience Required

• Deputy Manager with B.E./B.Tech: Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.
• Deputy Manager with M.E./M.Tech: Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.
• Senior Engineer with B.E./B.Tech: Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.
• Senior Engineer with M.E./M.Tech: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.
• Important Note: Teaching, academic and research work, banking/financial institution experience, non-profit organisation experience and internship experience will not count as relevant industrial experience.

Age Limit

• Deputy Manager (E-IV): Upper age limit is 36 years.
• Senior Engineer (E-III): Upper age limit is 32 years.
• Age reference date: 1 June 2026.
• Age Relaxation: Concession and relaxation for reserved categories will be as per Government guidelines.

Salary

• Deputy Manager: Rs. 60,000-3%-1,80,000 per month.
• Senior Engineer: Rs. 50,000-3%-1,60,000 per month.
• Selected candidates will also get DA, HRA, 35% of basic pay as perks, medical reimbursement, PF, gratuity, pension, group insurance and superannuation pension as per BEL rules.

Selection Process

BEL will select candidates through written test and interview. Call letters for the written test/interview will be sent by email only, so you should keep the email ID active.

1. Written Test: BEL will conduct a written test for shortlisted candidates. The exact question count, marks, subjects, duration and negative marking are not mentioned in the advertisement.
2. Interview: Candidates who qualify the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:7.
3. Marks Weightage: Written test carries 85% weightage and interview carries 15% weightage.
4. Document Verification: BEL will check qualification, experience, category, NOC and other documents before final appointment.
5. Medical Fitness: Appointment is subject to medical fitness by BEL medical authorities.
