• Jr. Supervisor (Security): WG-VII / CP-V pay scale of Rs. 24,500-3%-90,000.
• Havildar (Security): WG-III / CP-III pay scale of Rs. 20,500-3%-79,000.
• Allowances: DA, HRA, perquisites at 30% of annual basic pay, medical reimbursement, group insurance, PF, pension, gratuity, and other benefits as per BEL rules.

Physical and Medical Requirements

• Physical Endurance Test: Eligible applicants must qualify in the Physical Endurance Test at Bengaluru.
• Medical Fitness: Appointment will depend on being found medically fit in the pre-employment medical examination.
• Health standard: The notification says no relaxation in health standard is allowed.

Selection Process
