- Mixed Route: You can also qualify with 2 years of HR, IR, or personnel experience plus 3 years as functional head of projects or plants with direct responsibility for a large workforce.
- Functional Head Route: Applicants with 5 years as functional head of projects or plants during the last 10 years can also be considered.
- Legal Matters: Experience in handling legal matters is desirable for this post.
Age Limit
- Age Reference Date: Age is counted on the date of vacancy, 24 January 2026.
- Minimum Age: You must be at least 45 years old.
- Internal Applicants: You need 2 years of residual service before superannuation.
