Who Can Apply?

Basic Qualification

Experience Needed

• HR Route: Priority is given to applicants with 5 years of HR, IR, or personnel experience during the last 10 years.
• Mixed Route: You can also qualify with 2 years of HR, IR, or personnel experience plus 3 years as functional head of projects or plants with direct responsibility for a large workforce.
• Functional Head Route: Applicants with 5 years as functional head of projects or plants during the last 10 years can also be considered.
• Legal Matters: Experience in handling legal matters is desirable for this post.

Age Limit

• Age Reference Date: Age is counted on the date of vacancy, 24 January 2026.
• Minimum Age: You must be at least 45 years old.
• Internal Applicants: You need 2 years of residual service before superannuation.
• Other Applicants: You need 3 years of residual service before superannuation.
• Superannuation Age: The notice mentions 60 years.

Salary

• Pay Scale: Rs. 1,80,000 to 3,40,000 per month under IDA.
