• Academic Record: At least 55% marks in both 10th and 12th standard
• Desirable Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel), fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi or a regional Indian language along with English, and typing speed of at least 60 words per minute in both regional script and English (Roman script)

These desirable skills are not compulsory, but candidates who meet them will have an advantage since the role involves regular data entry, annotation, and basic desktop work.
