DSSSB Multi Post Recruitment 2026: Overview

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) is handling a combined recruitment for regular posts in Delhi's District & Sessions Courts and Family Courts. The notice brings personal assistant, judicial assistant, process server and court support posts into the same recruitment advertisement.

The Board and the Delhi District Courts share responsibility for this exercise. If you apply, keep track of notices from both authorities because the courts handle final allocation and appointment decisions.

Posts and Disciplines

  • Senior Personal Assistant: A Group B, non-gazetted post in the District & Sessions Courts, grouped with Personal Assistant under the same post code.
  • Personal Assistant: Group B, non-gazetted positions are available in both the District & Sessions Courts and the Family Courts establishment.
  • Junior Judicial Assistant: This Group C stream covers positions in both court establishments and has a separate post code.
  • Process Server: A separate Group C stream includes both District & Sessions Courts and Family Courts positions.
  • Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon: These Group C court support posts are grouped together in the notice and cover both establishments.

Service Conditions and Caveats

  • Post preferences: The courts will ask for your post and department preferences at the interview. Think through your choices carefully because a confirmed preference cannot be changed later.
  • Allocation: If you do not give a preference, the courts may allocate an appropriate post at their discretion. Once you receive your first available preference, you will not be considered for later choices.
  • Provisional candidature: Acceptance of your form or an admit card does not guarantee appointment. The receiving court checks your claims and can reject unsupported information.
  • Reservation: The courts maintain their reservation rosters and decide which disability categories are suitable for each post. Read the row for your chosen court establishment, because suitability can differ between posts and establishments.
  • Delhi OBC rules: The specified OBC Delhi rules apply. Applicants treated as OBC outside Delhi must apply in the unreserved category unless they meet the notice's accepted Delhi certificate conditions.
  • Changes to recruitment: The reported positions are tentative and can change. DSSSB can amend or cancel all or part of the advertisement, and later notices will appear on its website.
  • Form corrections: Check every entry before you confirm it. DSSSB does not accept later requests to change personal details or category, and duplicate registrations or applications can lead to cancellation.
  • Official communication: Keep your email address and mobile number active, but also check the websites yourself. Messages are an additional facility, so a missed message does not excuse a missed requirement.
