Bengaluru Rural DC Process Server Recruitment 2026: Overview
Principal District and Sessions Court, Bengaluru Rural District is hiring Process Servers for its district court unit in Karnataka. The recruitment follows the Karnataka Subordinate Courts rules and leads to a regular appointment with probation. Service Conditions and Caveats

Minimum Qualification
Pass in SSLC or an equivalent qualification.
Preferred Qualification

- Military discharge/release certificate for an ex-servicemen claim
- Character certificates from two respectable persons obtained within the prescribed 6-month period, and from the last educational institution attended
- Serving candidates: competent-authority NOC obtained within 30 days of publication of the selection list, to be produced when directed
- Downloaded admission letter and one original photo ID: voter ID, Aadhaar, driving licence, PAN or passport
- Recent colour passport photograph with white background, unsigned, JPG up to 50 KB
- Signature in black ballpoint pen on white paper, JPG up to 25 KB
