Defence Institute of Advanced Technology JRF and Research Intern Recruitment 2026 - 3 Posts

Defence Institute of Advanced Technology (DIAT), a deemed university under the Department of Defence Research and Development, Ministry of Defence, has released Advertisement No. 10-2026/JRF/INTERN/DIAT. The recruitment is for young scientists and engineers who can work on an institute-level radar research project. The engagement is purely temporary for 16 months or until the project ends, whichever happens earlier.

• SC/ST, Women and PwBD: Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years.

Salary

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

DIAT will select candidates through shortlisting and interview. The interview may be held in person or through video conferencing, depending on what DIAT decides.

2. Shortlisting: Shortlisted candidates will be informed individually by email.
3. Interview: The interview mode will be shared with shortlisted candidates. No TA/DA will be paid for attending it.

Mere possession of the minimum qualification does not guarantee an interview call. If many candidates apply, DIAT may restrict the interview list after considering higher qualifications and experience.
