CGG Hospital Management Expert Recruitment 2026: Overview
Centre for Good Governance (CGG), Hyderabad, is engaging a Hospital Management Expert for a health-sector project focused on programme verification and facility-level assessment. This is a contractual, project-linked role for someone who understands how hospital infrastructure, operations, quality systems and service delivery work together. The role is practical as well as analytical: you will examine what a facility reports, check readiness and implementation on the ground, and help the project decide whether programme indicators are supported by reliable evidence. It is a strong fit for an experienced hospital or healthcare administrator who can move confidently between facility teams, quality standards, project data and government stakeholders.
Facility assessment is the core of the assignment. You will review infrastructure and operating processes, examine care-quality arrangements, validate service-delivery practices and check compliance against approved standards or protocols. The wider project uses field visits, stakeholder consultations, administrative information and documentation to verify milestones, so your observations must be clear enough to support formal reports and recommendations. Familiarity with accreditation, healthcare operations or quality audits can help you distinguish a paperwork gap from a genuine service-delivery risk.
The expert also provides a bridge between hospital practice and programme evaluation. You may work with monitoring specialists, data analysts, public-health professionals and field teams to compare facility evidence with programme expectations. Technical inputs from this role will shape assessment tools, verification findings and quality-assurance conclusions. You should be ready to explain operational issues in plain, evidence-based terms, record why a standard has or has not been met, and coordinate follow-up with facility and government representatives.
Service Conditions and Caveats
- Project-linked contract: the engagement is purely contractual and ends with the health-sector project; it is not a regular appointment at CGG.
- Anticipated start: the exercise is being run in expectation of project commencement, and the notice does not guarantee that CGG will ultimately offer an appointment.
- Ordinary posting: the role is normally based in Hyderabad, with extensive travel possible within Telangana and outside the state for facility assessments and coordination.
- Assessment environment: work may cover health-facility infrastructure, operational systems, service readiness, programme interventions and care-quality arrangements.
- Cross-functional work: you may coordinate with public-health, monitoring, data, research and project-management specialists as part of a multidisciplinary verification team.
- Screening flexibility: CGG may change how it assesses applicants according to the number and suitability of profiles received.
- Comparable achievement: exceptional experience on assignments of similar complexity may be considered if the exact academic title differs, subject to formal approval.
- No guaranteed shortlist: filing an application does not give you an automatic right to an interview or appointment.
- Recruitment discretion: CGG can revise the position requirement or cancel the process, and attempts to influence the selection can cause disqualification.
