Selection Process
There is no written examination for this recruitment. BMC will select one NGO or cooperative society through a lottery (draw of lots) conducted on 20 March 2026 at 12:00 noon. The selected organization will then provide 6 multi-purpose workers on contract for 179 days. If you are a member of an eligible registered society, this is your chance to secure a position without appearing for any exam.
How Applications Work

Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties at Choksy Municipal Maternity Home
- Assist medical staff with basic patient care support tasks
- Handle material movement and ward maintenance activities
- Carry out multi-purpose support work as assigned by the Medical Officer in charge
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards within the healthcare facility
