All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Gorakhpur has released Advertisement No. AIIMS/GKP/RECT/JR/2026-27/100 to fill 3 Non-Academic Junior Resident (Dental) posts on an ad-hoc basis. These are temporary posts for a period of 6 months from the date of joining, with selected candidates posted in various departments at AIIMS Gorakhpur. This is a good opportunity for recent BDS graduates who have completed their rotatory internship and want clinical exposure at a premier medical institute.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a Dental Council of India (DCI) recognized institute.
• You must have completed your compulsory rotatory internship and have an internship completion certificate.
• Registration: Registration with the Dental Council of India, State Dental Council, or an equivalent authority is mandatory before joining.

Age Limit

• The upper age limit is 37 years.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, and OBC candidates get 3 years.
• PwBD (OPH) Relaxation: 10 years for General category, 13 years for OBC, and 15 years for SC/ST candidates.

Salary

• You will get a salary of Rs. 56,100 per month (minimum) under Pay Level 10 of the 7th Central Pay Commission, plus NPA (Non-Practicing Allowance) for medical personnel.

Selection Process

Selection for this post is mainly through an interview:

1. Document Verification: Your original certificates and testimonials are checked at the venue.
2. Interview: Held on 20 July 2026 at 10 AM. A written exam may be added only if the number of candidates is very large.
