These posts are spread across Eluru, Kovvur, Tanuku, Palakol and Jangareddigudem within West Godavari district. These are temporary panel positions created under the newly enforced AP Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class Service Rules, 2024, and are open to retired judicial officers, senior court staff with law degrees, and practicing advocates.

Who Can Apply?

You are eligible for this panel if you meet any ONE of these conditions:

• You held a post in the Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service and have retired or resigned.
• You held a post in the Andhra Pradesh Judicial Ministerial Subordinate Service not below the rank of Superintendent, and you have a law degree.
• You held the post of Section Officer or above in the Andhra Pradesh High Court Service, and you have a law degree.
• You have practiced as an advocate for the period prescribed under the AP Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class Service Rules, 2024.

Candidates must submit a single application covering all seven posts, indicating their order of preference, as per the directions of the Hon'ble High Court.

Selection Process

Selection is based on empanelment as per the qualifications and disqualifications prescribed under the AP Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class Service Rules, 2024. There is no written exam.

1. Application Screening: Applications are checked against the qualification and disqualification criteria.
2. Document Verification: Attested copies of your certificates and photographs submitted with the application are verified.
3. Panel Inclusion: Eligible candidates are included in the panel to fill the notified posts.
