Who Can Apply?

For Peon (65 Posts):

• Qualification: You must have passed SSLC (10th standard) or an equivalent examination.
• Language: You must be able to read and write Kannada.

For Process Server (13 Posts):

• Qualification: You must have passed SSLC (10th standard) or an equivalent examination.
• Preference: Candidates holding a Heavy or Light Motor Vehicle driving license (HMV/LMV) will get an advantage.

Age Limit

• You should be at least 18 years old and not exceed the maximum age limit as on 16 September 2026 (the last date of application).
• General category: maximum 40 years.
• Category-2A, 2B, 3A, 3B: maximum 43 years.
• SC/ST and Category-1: maximum 45 years.
• Age Relaxation: Ex-servicemen get 3 extra years, and persons with disabilities or widows get 10 extra years. A one-time additional relaxation of 5 years also applies to all categories as per government order dated 29 January 2026.

Salary

• Peon: Rs. 27,000 to Rs. 46,675 per month under the Karnataka state pay scale.
• Process Server: Rs. 31,775 to Rs. 61,300 per month under the Karnataka state pay scale.
• You will also get DA, HRA and other allowances as per Karnataka Government rules.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is based on merit:

2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview carrying 10 marks.
