Tura District Court Technical Staff Recruitment 2026 - 2 Posts

The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, West Garo Hills, Tura (under the High Court of Meghalaya) has released a notification for 2 Technical Staff posts on a contractual basis. The selected candidates will work for live streaming of court proceedings at the District and Sessions Court, Tura and the Sub-Divisional Court, Dadenggre. There is no written exam — selection is through interview only. The initial contract is for 1 year.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You must have a BCA, B.Tech (Computer Science), BSc IT, or MCA from a registered institute.
• Nationality: You must be a citizen of India.
• Documents: Carry self-attested copies of all relevant certificates along with originals during the interview.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 32 years (as on 01-01-2026)
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates

Salary

• Fixed monthly salary: Rs. 25,000 per month
• Initial contract period: 1 year
• The appointment is purely on a contractual basis and cannot be claimed as a right for any future benefit or absorption.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection is done in the following stages:

1. Scrutiny and Screening: The Selection Committee will scrutinise all applications and shortlist eligible candidates.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at the Office of the District and Sessions Judge, West Garo Hills, Tura on 11 June 2026 from 2:00 PM onwards.
3. Document Verification: Original certificates will be checked at the time of interview.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

6. Submit the complete application by post or in person to:

7. Make sure your application reaches before 5 June 2026, 4:00 PM. Late or incomplete applications will be rejected.
