Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), a Grant-in-Aid Institution under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, is hiring a Senior Resident for the Orthopedic Oncology department at the Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre (HBCH&RC), Visakhapatnam — one of TMC's peripheral cancer centres alongside its units in Varanasi, Muzaffarpur and Sangrur/Mullanpur. This is a tenured, non-permanent post running up to 31 July 2027, and it is filled directly through a walk-in interview rather than an online application. Service Conditions and Caveats

• Accommodation: sharing accommodation may be offered subject to availability; if provided, hostel charges are deducted from your salary every month.
• NOC requirement: if you currently work in a Central or State Government department, an Autonomous Body, or a Semi-Government organisation, you must upload a No Objection Certificate from your institution head along with your original certificates.

• Manage day-to-day clinical care for orthopedic oncology patients admitted at HBCH&RC Visakhapatnam
• Assist senior surgeons during bone and soft-tissue tumour surgeries
• Monitor post-operative recovery and coordinate with the nursing team
• Maintain patient case records, imaging reports and treatment charts
• Participate in ward rounds, tumour board discussions and case reviews
• Counsel patients and families about diagnosis, treatment plans and follow-up care
• Support residents and interns rotating through the orthopedic oncology unit
