The Tata Memorial Centre - ACTREC is hiring 1 Administrative Assistant (Multi Skilled) on contract basis at their ICTREC facility in Khopoli, Raigad, Maharashtra. The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) is the research and development wing of the Tata Memorial Centre, which operates under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. Through its outsourced contractor A-1 Facility and Property Managers Pvt Ltd, ACTREC is looking for a multi-skilled Administrative Assistant for their ICTREC campus at Khopoli. This is a 6-month contract position that can be extended based on requirements.

Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any stream from a recognized university
- Good typing speed is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer knowledge
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of these departments: Administration, HRD, Purchase, Stores, or Accounts
Work Conditions
- You must be willing to work in shift duties including night shifts
- You will also need to work on Sundays and public holidays as required
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Age relaxation may be given based on your working experience
Salary
- Consolidated salary: Rs. 25,510 per month (minimum) to Rs. 35,000 per month (maximum)
- Your exact salary will depend on your experience beyond the minimum eligibility
- Contract duration: 6 months, extendable as per requirement

Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including file management, correspondence, and record keeping
- Manage office operations related to Administration, HRD, Purchase, Stores, or Accounts as assigned
- Prepare reports, letters, and documents using MS Office applications
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies and stores
- Keep track of attendance records, leave management, and HR-related documentation
- Work in rotational shifts including night duties, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Follow institutional protocols for data entry, filing, and document handling
