SIDHKOFED is hiring 72 district-level professionals on a contract basis across 24 District Cooperative Unions in Jharkhand. Sidho-Kanho Agriculture and Forest Produce State Co-Operative Federation Limited (SIDHKOFED), Ranchi, has released a notice to fill 72 contractual posts across three roles in 24 District Cooperative Unions. These professionals will help plan and run district-level work in procurement, marketing, production, storage, MIS and accounts. There are 3 posts in each district — District Project Manager, District Manager (Production & Storage), and District Manager (MIS & Accounts). Both freshers with the right degree and experienced candidates from the cooperative and rural development sector can apply.

Who Can Apply?

District Project Manager (Rs. 50,000/month)

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Master's preferred) in HR, Agriculture, Horticulture, Management, Social Work, Rural Development or Agriculture and allied subjects from a reputed institution.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work in the cooperative sector, or in agriculture, livelihoods, social or rural development projects run by the Government, reputed NGOs or corporates.

District Manager (Production & Storage) (Rs. 40,000/month)

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Management, Social Work, Rural Development or Agriculture and allied subjects.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (industry, NRLM, SRLM, cooperative, FPO, CSR) in a program implementation role. Experience with state/central government bodies is preferred.

District Manager (MIS & Accounts) (Rs. 35,000/month)

• Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Com, or a certification in Taxation or Accountancy.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS and Accounts in a government department or a registered private company/firm.

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 21 years (as on 31 May 2026).
• Maximum age (General/EWS): 35 years.
• Maximum age (EBC Male - Schedule 1): 37 years.
• Maximum age (BC Male - Schedule 2): 37 years.
• Maximum age (Female - General/EWS/EBC/BC): 38 years.
• Maximum age (SC/ST Male & Female): 40 years.
• Age Relaxation: Persons with disabilities get 10 years extra. Ex-servicemen get 5 years extra, in addition to their category relaxation.

Salary

• District Project Manager: Rs. 50,000 per month (consolidated)
• District Manager (Production & Storage): Rs. 40,000 per month (consolidated)
• District Manager (MIS & Accounts): Rs. 35,000 per month (consolidated)
• These are contractual posts with a fixed consolidated salary.

Application Fee

The fee is charged per post applied for and is made up of two parts:

• General category: Rs. 300 (SIDHKOFED admin cost) + Rs. 100 (JAP-IT portal cost) = Rs. 400 per post
• Reserved category: Rs. 200 (SIDHKOFED admin cost) + Rs. 100 (JAP-IT portal cost) = Rs. 300 per post
• Payment mode: Online only

Selection Process

Selection is done in the following stages and final merit is based on a 100-mark system:

1. Written Examination (50 marks): All eligible candidates can appear for the written exam.
2. Document Verification: Done before the interview for shortlisted candidates.
3. Interview (20 marks): Based on the written exam results, the top three highest-scoring candidates in each category are called for the interview.

Final Merit (100 marks): Written Exam (50) + Interview (20) + Educational Qualification/Degree (20) + Work Experience (10).

The whole process is overseen by a Recruitment Committee set up by the CEO, SIDHKOFED.

2. Register yourself (One Time Registration) to get your user ID and password.
3. Login and fill in the online application form.

6. Submit the form and take a printout.
