Who Can Apply?
For Lecturer (Commerce) - Rs. 38,100/month:
- You need a Post-Graduation from a recognised university with minimum Second Division in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- Complete education through English medium is required.
For Teacher (English / Social Science) - Rs. 35,400/month:
- You need a Graduation with minimum 45% marks in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. as per NCTE norms is mandatory.
- NCTE Higher Secondary TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) must be passed.
- Only candidates with complete education through English medium can apply.
For Head Reader (Primary School) - Rs. 35,400/month:
- You need to have passed 12th with minimum 50% marks.
- D.Ed. / D.El.Ed. as per NCTE norms is mandatory.
- NCTE Primary TET must be passed.
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience is required (less experience may be relaxed in exceptional cases).
For Assistant Teacher - Rs. 25,300/month:
- You need to have passed 12th with minimum 45% marks from a recognised board.
- D.Ed. / D.El.Ed. as per NCTE norms is mandatory.
- NCTE Primary TET must be passed.
- Only candidates with complete education through English medium can apply.
For Assistant Teacher (Life Science) - Rs. 25,300/month:
- You need to have passed Higher Secondary with Life Science from a recognised board.
- Complete education through English medium is required.
For Librarian - Rs. 22,400/month:
- You need a Graduation with Second Division from a recognised university.
- B.Lib. degree (Bachelor of Library Science) is mandatory.
- Candidates with English medium education will be given preference.
For Assistant Grade 03 - Rs. 19,500/month:
- You need to have passed Higher Secondary from any recognised board.
- Minimum 1 year computer diploma from a recognised board is required.
- Typing speed of 8,000 keystrokes per minute is required (skill test will be conducted).
- Only candidates with complete education through English medium can apply.
For Assistant Grade 02 - Rs. 25,300/month:
- You need to have passed Graduation from any recognised university.
- Minimum 1 year computer diploma from a recognised board is required.
- Typing speed of 10,000 keystrokes per minute is required (skill test will be conducted).

Important: Candidates must be residents of Chhattisgarh. Domicile certificate issued by a competent authority is mandatory.
Age Limit
- You should be between 21 and 35 years old as on 01 January 2026.
- SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 5 years age relaxation (upper age limit up to 40 years).
- Female candidates: Up to 10 years relaxation as per CG Civil Services (Special Provisions for Women Recruitment) Rules 1997.
- PwD candidates: Age relaxation as per General Administration Department instructions.
- Chhattisgarh residents: All residents of the state get an additional 5 years relaxation, making maximum age 40 years.
Salary
- Lecturer: Rs. 38,100 per month (fixed)
- Teacher / Head Reader: Rs. 35,400 per month (fixed)
- Assistant Teacher / Assistant Grade 02: Rs. 25,300 per month (fixed)
- Librarian: Rs. 22,400 per month (fixed)
- Assistant Grade 03: Rs. 19,500 per month (fixed)
- Note: This is a contractual position. Only a fixed monthly salary will be paid. No DA, HRA, bonus, grade pay, or annual increment is applicable. No salary increase will be given during the contract period.

Selection will be done based on academic merit. There is no written or physical exam for most posts. The merit list will be prepared based on the following marks distribution:
For Lecturer:
- 12th marks: 20 points
- Graduation marks: 30 points
- Post-Graduation marks: 50 points
- Total: 100 points
For Teacher:
- 10th marks: 20 points
- 12th marks: 30 points
- Graduation marks: 50 points
- Total: 100 points
For Assistant Teacher:
- 10th marks: 40 points
- 12th marks: 60 points
- Total: 100 points
For Librarian:
- 10th marks: 20 points
- 12th marks: 30 points
- Graduation marks: 50 points
- Total: 100 points
For Assistant Grade 03:
- 10th marks: 30 points
- 12th marks: 50 points
- Skill Test: 20 points

For Assistant Grade 02:
- 10th marks: 20 points

Top 5 candidates per merit for each post will be called for document verification. The merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the educational qualifications. For Assistant Grade 02 and 03 posts, a skill test (typing) will also be conducted.

- Teach assigned subjects in English medium as per the approved curriculum and syllabus
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, and question papers for students
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and examinations
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Assist in school administrative activities and participate in school committees
- Keep proper attendance records and progress reports of students
- Follow all rules and guidelines issued by the School Management Committee
