• Assistant Professor without Ph.D: Rs. 750 per class, maximum 60 classes/month, up to Rs. 45,000 per month. NET qualified candidates get preference.
• Allowances: No other allowances or financial benefits are allowed.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection will be based on academic record, research profile, demo class and viva-voce. There is no written exam for this Guest Faculty recruitment.

1. General Career: HSC, Intermediate, Degree and related academic record - 30 marks.
2. Research Degree: M.Phil, Ph.D and related research degree - 20 marks.
3. Demo Class: 5 to 10 minutes demo class - maximum 15 marks.
4. Research Publication: 15 marks, including 10 marks for international journals and 5 marks for national journals.
5. Viva-Voce: 20 marks.

The demo class is short, only 5 to 10 minutes, so prepare one focused topic from your subject. Your marks can come from academics, research degree, publications, demo class and viva-voce, so carry proof for every claim.
