Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), a Navratna railway public-sector company under the Ministry of Railways, needs a General Manager (Civil) for its Goa office. This is a senior deputation assignment for an experienced IRSE or civil-engineering officer, with work connected to infrastructure delivery rather than an entry-level engineering role. The assignment is planned for five years, subject to government approval of RVNL's exemption from the immediate-absorption rule.

The role suits an officer who has already handled the planning and delivery side of major public infrastructure. RVNL has specifically highlighted experience spanning project execution, land development, contract and commercial management, as well as newer areas such as renewable energy, marine works and urban infrastructure. Service Conditions and Caveats
