Who Can Apply?

Central Railway has not yet released the full eligibility criteria for this recruitment — that will come with the detailed notification. Based on how the Scouts & Guides Quota normally works on Indian Railways, you will need a recognised National-level Scouts and Guides award/certificate along with the minimum educational qualification prescribed for Level-1 and Level-2 posts. This quota is a special provision under Indian Railways recruitment rules that reserves a small number of seats for candidates who have earned recognised awards through the Bharat Scouts and Guides organisation. Salary

• Level-1 posts carry a pay of Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900 per month under the 7th Central Pay Commission.
• Level-2 posts carry a pay of Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200 per month under the 7th Central Pay Commission.
• You will also get DA, HRA, and other allowances as per Railway rules.
