Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Limited (MMMOCL), a Government of Maharashtra PSU headquartered at the NaMTTRI Building, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai, has invited applications for Officer on Special Duty (OSD) - HR on a contractual basis. The role is meant for retired government officers with administrative experience, appointed under a special Government Resolution issued by the General Administration Department. Selection is through personal interview only — candidates found suitable will be empanelled and inducted as per requirement, on a merit basis.

Who Can Apply?

• Qualification: You should be a retired Deputy Secretary or Under Secretary level officer from the Maharashtra Mantralaya cadre, or a retired officer from a Government of Maharashtra PSU.
• Conditions: No disciplinary action should be pending or contemplated against you — you must submit a self-declaration confirming this along with your application.
• Appointment basis: You will be appointed on a temporary/contractual basis as per the Government Resolution (GAD) dated 10 June 2025.

Age Limit

• Maximum age limit is 61 years as on 1 May 2026.

Salary

• Your monthly remuneration will be paid as per Annexure 'A' of the Government Resolution issued by the General Administration Department (No. CBE 1525/Pra.Kra.37/Astha-13, dated 10 June 2025).
• No travel reimbursement will be given for attending the interview.

Selection Process (No Written Exam)

Selection for this post works as follows:

1. Screening: Your application is screened based on eligibility and relevant experience.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates are interviewed on knowledge, skill, experience, expertise, aptitude, and physical fitness.
3. Empanelment: Candidates found suitable are empanelled and inducted as per requirement, on a merit basis.
