Who Can Apply – Eligibility

Educational Qualification

• Full-time B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related branch from a recognized university or institute
• Minimum 60% marks for UR/EWS candidates

Experience Required

• Minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience in bulk material handling systems
• Your experience must include working with equipment such as conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders, silos, and wagon tipplers

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 50 years as on 08 March 2026
• Age relaxation for reserved categories as per government rules

Salary and Benefits

RITES offers a competitive pay package under the Industrial DA (IDA) pattern.

• Pay Scale: Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000 per month (IDA)
• Approximate CTC: Rs. 19.85 Lakh Per Annum
• Fixed and Variable Allowances: 23% of Basic Pay

• Plan, design, and supervise bulk material handling systems such as conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders, silos, and wagon tipplers
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of bulk handling equipment at project sites
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely completion of assignments
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates for bulk material handling projects
• Inspect and audit mechanical systems to ensure safety, quality, and operational efficiency
• Guide junior engineers and technical staff on site activities and problem-solving
• Liaise with government departments, port authorities, or plant owners as needed for project execution
